Software Developer To Finish Web App Project

I have a full-stack web development project that a developer I hired on fiverr has been working on for about a month. They went completely ghost on me after delivering the first milestone and am looking to replace them with a competent developer with excellent communication skills, clear timeline estimations and expectation setting, feasibility analysis on features, and a dedication to an excellent product. The focus on the web app is a music guessing game that has leaderboard functionality, ability for guests to be invited to the cms on specific dates and choose the songs for the game, ability for the guests to input products they want to advertise throughout the game to users through banner ads and pop up ads integrated on the page, ability to seamlessly connect referral links on said ads to ensure our website receives % of revenue on purchases from game, and additional share ability features to attract new users. The game utilizes the deezer api for playback and search functionality for the end user and for the cms to choose the songs. I have the first milestone codebase to share with the successful candidate for this role to get started from. I'm looking for someone who has a great sense of clean mobile first design. Please share with me successful projects where you have built CMS's as well as front-end experiences, particularly anything with saved user databases that hold scores, leaderboards, rankings, etc. would be great and preferred but not required.
