Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim activities and decisions. Utilize company software and systems to process and track claims. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims. Follow company guidelines and adhere to state and federal regulations. Continuously develop knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance goals. Complete required training and certifications to advance within the company. Keep sensitive information confidential and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Adapt to changing priorities and handle a large volume of claims efficiently.
