Teller Associate Private Bank

Salary: $55k - 70k per year + bonus Reference: JWBK212 We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Private Banking Teller to join our team. If you have experience in banking, a passion for client service, and the ability to handle complex financial transactions with professionalism and confidentiality, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional, personalized banking experiences to private clients • Assist with transactions, address inquiries, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. • Accurately handle financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, check cashing, and foreign currency exchanges. • Manage large and complex transactions with the highest level of confidentiality such as Customer deposits & remote deposit capture processing, Foreign exchange teller transactions, Check cashing and Fiserv POD processing • Assist with account maintenance, address changes, stop payments, and customer information updates after review from Middle Office. • Ensure clients receive top-tier service, offering hospitality touches like water or coffee when visiting the branch. • Perform record-keeping, document management, and reporting. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience9 2+ years) as a bank teller is required. • Experience in private banking or customer service for high-net-worth clients is highly preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions. • Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion. • Proficiency in banking software, MS Office, and financial transaction systems. • Bilingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish) is a plus. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
