This role is responsible for the growth, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of existing Private Banking customers, and sourcing new customers through referrals. The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary to: • Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients. • Focus on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients. • Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding business in one or more of the following areas: loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, commercial business referrals. • Responsible for credit analysis and proper loan structuring. • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction. • Develop and follow up on new client leads through existing clients, referrals from other bank departments and divisions. • Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree and some experience with lending, sales, banking products and services or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. • Working knowledge of sales techniques, banking products, and services. • Must have excellent customer service, negotiation, and PC skills.
