Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement efficient and effective processes to improve the finance operations. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in the areas of Workday and finance systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to finance technology and leverage them to drive business outcomes. Identify areas for automation and optimization within the finance operations and implement solutions. Conduct regular audits and reviews of finance systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Train and mentor team members on Workday and finance systems and processes. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and implementation of finance technology solutions.
