Responsibilities

Client Job Description: • This role will be a product Support Analyst for the nCino application. • The candidate must have an understanding of commercial credit and nCino/Salesforce hands on experience. • Candidate needs to have a production support background with an application from an L3 perspective. L3 is the last line of support and typically consists of a development team that deals with technical problems. • If a candidate is missing UAT experience, that is fine, but they must have been a Business Analyst with nCino experience. Qualifications: • Needs in depth nCino front end experience coupled with Operations domain knowledge with Booking Bi lateral, Syndicated, and CRE loans. • Candidates will need to have extensive front end nCino experience coupled with product support and be very knowledgeable with Operations processes. • This role will be a product Support Analyst for the nCino application. • The candidate must have an understanding of commercial credit and nCino/Salesforce hands on experience. • Candidate needs to have a production support background with an application from an L3 perspective.
