About the Role:

As a CBRE CAD Designer, you will design and prepare electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects.This job is part of the Design function. They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.

What Youll Do:

+ Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use. Review updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.+ Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports.+ Assist with the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.+ Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.+ Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data.+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.+ Impact the quality of own work.+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.+ Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

What Youll Need:

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureCBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CAD Designer is $70,000 annually [or $33.66 per hour] and the maximum salary for the CAD Designer is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
