Sales Support Lead Specialist

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Sales Support Lead Specialist for its Miami, Florida location. Duties: Lead team to provide sales support coverage across all treasury and trade products, including around the creation and maintenance of Request for Proposals, Request for Information and Proactive Proposal responses and pitchbooks. Support the creation and timely delivery of responses (tender processes) to prospective client proposals, coordinating closely with sales and client executive leads. Conduct Financial planning and accounting to manage the approved financial resources for the proper functioning of the team, as well as the proper management of the services contracted by the RFP Unit. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure standard responses held within relevant systems and content library are kept current and accurate. Conduct Pricing Conditions Negotiation, Revenue Realization Models and Client Satisfaction models to support the sales team in price discussions that will be included as economic proposals in the bidding processes. Ensure shared information is consistent with business objectives and strategic messaging, as well as aligned with the specific needs of the client or prospect. Leverage knowledge of local financial markets in Latin America to be assertive in bidding processes towards corporate clients, and considering the local restrictions in each country. Ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure. Maintain updated Qvidian Vendor Management and Siesmic databases as per treasury and trade solution area program guidelines. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Management, or related field and 8 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Solutions Sales Senior Specialist, Product Sales Senior Specialist, Corporate Relationship Manager, or related position involving treasury and trade solutions for the LATAM region working for a global financial institution. 8 years of experience must include: Tender management, Request for Proposals; Treasury and trade solutions including application programming interface-APIs, host to host connectivity, payment processes, cross border payments, receivables, working capital solutions, and cybersecurity; Local financial markets in Latin American countries; Corporate Client Relationship Management; Project Management; Financial planning and accounting; Pricing Conditions Negotiation; and Revenue Realization Models and Client Satisfaction models.
