Scrum Master (Jira & Confluence)
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with experience in Jira and Confluence to oversee our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and possess the ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the team follows Agile methodologies and practices. Guide the team in using Jira and Confluence effectively for project tracking and documentation. Assist the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and ensure clarity of tasks and priorities. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is preferred.
