Restorative Aide/CNA – Red Oak Health and Rehabilitation

Red Oak Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced RESTORATIVE AIDE to join our team! For immediate consideration, please stop by the facility for an in person interview M-F between 10am-4:30pm. 101 Reese Dr., Red Oak, TX 75154 • Must be a Certified in Texas CNA Job Responsibilities: Provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors. · Ensures resident’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity. · Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet. · Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems, · referrals or reassessments needed. · Reports significant change in resident’s condition or motivational level to the charge nurse. Requirements: · Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Texas Knowledge / Experience: · Completion of a restorative nurse aide training program preferred · 6 months of experience in long-term care as a restorative aide preferred Licensure / Certifications: · CNA License Benefits: Full-time We are equally committed to both our residents and employees and have created an environment that promotes professional and personal growth.
