About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Product and Brand Marketing to join our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that boosts brand recognition, enhances customer engagement, and drives revenue growth. You will lead all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, branding, public relations, and customer insights. Your key responsibilities will involve: Defining a compelling product value proposition. Managing and enhancing our digital presence. Driving demand generation through innovative strategies. Overseeing brand management initiatives. Leading a high-performing marketing team. Collaborating closely with sales and product development teams. To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. At least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors. A strong track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Deep expertise in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, demand generation, and product marketing. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
