Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Texas Certification EC-6 Test. This role involves utilizing learning technologies, developing lesson plans, and implementing effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive educational environment. Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. • Utilize learning technology to enhance the tutoring experience and track student progress. • Assist students in understanding complex concepts across various subjects. • Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding achievements and areas for improvement. Experience • Proven experience working with an online platform and must reside in Texas • Familiarity with testing strategies • Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning are highly desirable. • Experience in classroom management techniques to effectively engage students. • Proficiency in utilizing learning technologies to support educational objectives is preferred. • A commitment to educating students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles is essential.
