Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Techncian to join our San Angelo, TX team! Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R. • Inspect HVAC/R systems and components to ensure they are in proper working condition. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues and make necessary repairs • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts. • Test HVAC/R systems for proper functioning and efficiency. • Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC/R systems. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician or similar role. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver). • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues effectively. • Experience with refrigeration rack systems is a plus as we are heavily weighted in Supermarket Refrigeration. • Familiarity with equipment repair and appliance repair. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions.
