Job Overview IHG Hotels Opera Experience is a Must. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of front desk staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties • Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. • Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff to maintain high service standards. • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Implement hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment. • Monitor front desk performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement. • Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management. Skills • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Problem-solving skills to effectively address guest issues and operational challenges. • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
