Cashier - Service Department - Planet Ford Dallas Planet Ford Dallas has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Service Cashier. The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s clients. Our business is BOOMING! Duties: • Process service paperwork • Process payment of services rendered • Book Technicians' Repair Orders • Backup Service Dispatcher • Finalize service repair orders • Explain basic work completed on Client's vehicle • Recognize possible Client concerns and alert Management • Answer incoming service phone calls • Schedule service appointments • Follow up with service Clients to ensure satisfaction Skills/Qualifications • Customer-focused friendly attitude • Ability to recognize and satisfy customer concerns • Basic computer skills • Ability to process cash and credit card transactions • Spanish speaking is a plus Requirements • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years experience • Superior customer interaction skills • Basic Computer skills • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment • Able to work standing for extended periods of time • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
