Part-Time Beauty Advisor - Sephora

About the position As a Part-Time Beauty Advisor at Sephora within Kohl's, you will be responsible for driving sales through a genuine passion for beauty. Your role will involve engaging clients by identifying their needs and ensuring an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual merchandising standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines. Responsibilities • Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including the opportunity to upsell products. , • Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends. , • Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales. , • Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge. , • Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards. , • Support omni-processing within the department. , • Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts and price changes. , • Support visual elements of the department and communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor. , • Act with integrity and honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture. , • Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; take appropriate partners as needed. , • Support and execute safety and shortage reduction programs following company guidelines. , • Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. , • Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. , • Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers. , • Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leaders and other company personnel.
