Role Overview As a Sales Manager at Car Town Hyundai, you will: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed. Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent. Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction. Stay up to date on market trends, Hyundai products, and competitive positioning. Ensure a smooth and professional sales process that aligns with dealership standards. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to inspire and lead a high-performance sales team. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
