Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment of capabilities with organizational goals. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare industry and assess their potential impact on the organization. Lead and manage projects related to capability development, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor and track progress of capability initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the successful implementation of capability initiatives. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of implemented capabilities and make recommendations for further improvements. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure capabilities are aligned with legal and ethical standards.
