Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive experience. • Document customer interactions, maintaining detailed and accurate call logs. • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Assist with product or service inquiries and provide support as needed. Qualifications • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
