Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries. Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive experience. Document customer interactions, maintaining detailed and accurate call logs. Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Assist with product or service inquiries and provide support as needed. Qualifications Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
