Fox Service Company, is looking for a dynamic-Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU! In this role, you will be responsible for: Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments Maintain & update customer records based on interactions Process invoice payments Provide information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position Additional duties as assigned.
