Part-Time Maintenance Worker for Short Term Rentals (Airbnb/ VRBO)

Maintenance Handyman Needed (Oklahoma City)BNB-BRIDGE Job Title: Part-Time Airbnb/ VRBO Maintenance Person Pay Rate: $20 per hour. Time starts upon arrival at the job site and ends once you are finished with the tasks. We do not pay for your travels to and from the job site. In order to receive payment, we must receive clear before and after pictures and a description of the work that was done. Hours: Minimum of 1.5 hours ($30) per scheduling. Typical work hours are between 11 AM - 4 PM when guests are checking out/in. Additional hours may vary based on maintenance needs that arise (sometimes in the evening or on weekends). Expected hours are 1-15 per week. Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person to help maintain our 21 Airbnb/ VRBO properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and ensuring rental spaces are in top condition for guests.This is not a full time or even regularly scheduled position. Hours depend on needs that arise. It is typically expected that this is supplemental income for you. Location: Oklahoma City, OK Responsibilities: • Perform general routine maintenance and minor repairs in a timely manner. • Treat and maintain hot tubs. • Address issues reported by guests or cleaning staff, such as leaky faucets, broken fixtures, or faulty appliances. • Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix potential problems before they escalate. • Assemble furniture, replace light bulbs, and handle basic handyman tasks as needed. • Communicate with property management regarding necessary repairs and supply needs. • Ensure properties remain clean and in good working order between guest stays. Requirements: • Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field. • Must be able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. • Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and other repairs. • Dependable and able to respond to maintenance requests promptly. • Own basic tools for general repairs (preferred but not required). • Reliable transportation to travel between properties. • A cell phone with the ability to text photos. • Good communication skills • Flexibility with reasonable on-call availability 7 days per week. This is a 1099 contract position with a rate of $20 per hour.
