Job Title: Cloud Security Leader/Architect(15+ years' experience required) Location: USA, remote (Local to Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX) Job Description :-We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Security Leader and Architect with 15+ years expertise in defining cloud security strategies and drive governance / compliance teams. Candidate should have a proven ability to build and manage high-performing security teams, drive strategic alliances, and develop innovative cloud security solutions. This individual will also play a pivotal role in pre-sales activities, engaging with customers to deliver impactful presentations and solutions. Key Responsibilities • Global Collaboration • Act as the primary interface with global cloud teams to align security strategies and best practices across regions. • Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Team Building and Management • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of cloud security professionals. • Establish a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to team members. • Alliance Development • Identify and cultivate partnerships with cloud service providers, technology vendors, and strategic partners. • Drive alliances to enhance the organization’s cloud security offerings and market positioning. • Represent the organization in strategic discussions with key partners to negotiate beneficial agreements. • Solution Development • Design and implement cutting-edge cloud security solutions tailored to customer needs. • Develop reusable security patterns and frameworks to streamline solution delivery. • Stay updated on emerging security technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings. • Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales • Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and workshops. • Craft compelling security solutions that address customer challenges and align with their business goals. • Build trust and excitement among customers by showcasing expertise and innovative approaches to cloud security. • Strategic Leadership • Define the organization’s cloud security vision and roadmap. • Influence decision-making at the executive level by presenting clear and actionable security strategies. • Drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s security posture and competitive advantage. • Compliance and Risk Management • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices • Proactively identify and mitigate security risks associated with cloud environments. • Innovation and Thought Leadership • Act as a thought leader in cloud security, publishing whitepapers and participating in industry forums. • Advocate for the adoption of DevSecOps practices and automation in cloud security operations. • Certifications: • CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or equivalent certifications preferred. • Technical Expertise: • In-depth knowledge of any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security services. • Experience with IAM, encryption, network security, and security compliance frameworks.
