Workday Supply Chain Lead, Senior Consultant
Workday Supply Chain Lead, Senior Consultant Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice works closely with clients across a wide spectrum of industries to identify and implement SaaS based Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Workday Financials, or various Infor packages, as well as Enterprise Performance Management software like Adaptive Insights. Our team's goal is to deliver transformational solutions optimized for our client's unique business needs. Work you will do You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of large enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations. Sr Consultant: Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.
Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience 2+ years experience leading workstreams or small teams Workday certification 1+ full life cycle Workday ERP implementation Hands-on functional experience Proficiency in multiple business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
