Requirements • No prior experience needed • Applicants should be 16 or older • Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory, with or without reasonable accommodations • Availability for flexible working times, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays • Adherence to store operational policies and standards, such as delivering quality beverages and food items, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations • Engaging with and understanding our customers need, including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication • Preparing food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, including changes in temperature, component quantities, or ingredient substitutions • Ability to handle various tasks within the store during each shift Appropriate knowledge, experience, and abilities • Ability to understand and quickly execute both oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary • Possess strong interpersonal capabilities • Ability to function efficiently as part of a team • Ability to foster healthy relationships Apply Job!
