Job Overview Keystone Church is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to strategically grow and maximize our digital presence. This individual will be responsible for creating, writing, and curating compelling content that amplifies the voice and values of Keystone Church across various social media platforms for multiple ministries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly skilled in social media strategy while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation & Strategy – Develop and execute strategic social media plans for multiple ministries that support the vision of Keystone Church and its ministries. • Brand Amplification – Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and design across all platforms, working closely with the Creative Director and Communications Team. • Social Media Management – Oversee Keystone Church’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), optimizing engagement and reach. • Writing & Storytelling – Craft compelling captions and content that connect people to the mission of Keystone Church. • Collaboration – Partner with the Video and Design Teams to create visually engaging social media content. • Leadership Development – Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to assist with social media execution during weekends and events. • Process & Systems – Establish and manage repeatable processes for social media coverage during key moments in church life. • Analytics & Growth – Track key social media metrics and provide insights that drive ongoing improvement and engagement. • Trend Awareness – Stay informed on digital trends and emerging platforms to keep Keystone Church’s online presence relevant and impactful. Must-Haves • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Deep passion for Jesus and the mission of Keystone Church. • Strong creative instincts and a keen eye for detail. • Ability to take feedback well and remain flexible in a fast-moving creative environment. • A deep understanding of social media best practices and platform nuances. • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • A love for storytelling through both visuals and written content. Nice-to-Haves • Knowledge of church culture and ministry operations. • Preferred experience in photography and editing using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects). • Experience in Canon and/or Sony Cameras. • Experience working with volunteers in a church or nonprofit setting.
