Here you have the freedom to pick the stores you feel confident getting done within the given timeframe. There are no extensions as the client needs it done on the scheduled day. We are seeking punctuality. This is a pay-per-gig opportunity, where representatives are compensated for each gig they complete, which can take up to 120 minutes, depending on the store. Jobs are performed on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is extra work and other types of jobs to keep you busy and earning more. Our reps enjoy flexible schedules while helping great brands improve their in-store execution. We're one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. Our reps typically make $1,200+ after successfully completing their first 100 gigs. About the Work: • You'll earn $20 per hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. • Travel bonus available in a case by case basis. • This project is forecast to be live and outgoing for the next 5 months, consistent work every week. • This is a pay-per-gig opportunity, where representatives are compensated for each gig they complete, which can take up to 120 minutes, depending on the store. • Work hand in hand with our scheduler to create a route of store locations. • Visits can take up to 90 minutes to complete. • Visits are Monday through Sunday. (Most of the visits are Saturdays and Sundays). • Check in with store management and restock coolers and warm shelves. • Restocking the cooler is the main priority. • Tidy up the packaging from restocking and make the area ready for public use. • Document the work in our app (downloaded to your smartphone) in which you will get paid for. • Payment cycle is 6 business days + 1 business day for transfer. Perks: • Set your own schedule. Most gigs can be performed on your own time, as long as they fall within normal store operating hours. • All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. • Payments are available to claim 6 days after successfully completing and uploading your assignment on the app. • Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. • Training and Support is available 7 days a week. About You: • You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. • You're good at following directions and can problem solve if needed. • You're reliable and good at self-management. • You're a good communicator. There are times when you'll need to talk to store personnel or where we may need to communicate with you. • You're able to work on your feet for extended periods and can lift up to 50 lbs. • You're 21 years of age or older. • You have access to reliable transportation.
