Key Responsibilities

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle calls, emails, and chat support during night hours. Assist with Orders & Billing: Process transactions, order modifications, and returns. Follow Company Guidelines: Ensure all communication aligns with Coca-Cola?s policies and service standards. Skills & Qualifications Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact professionally with customers. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle issues efficiently, even during high-stress situations. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer support software, email, and CRM tools. Time Management: Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines during night shifts. Previous Experience Preferred: Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required?training is provided. Night Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working late-night hours on a fixed schedule.
