Agency Financial Operations Lead

Oversee relationships with external agencies and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with agency partners to align on financial goals and objectives. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the agency team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives. Provide financial guidance and support to the agency team, including training and development opportunities. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and track all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial operations. Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to financial operations. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
