Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for all company assets. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues with assets. Monitor and analyze data related to asset quality and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and improve asset quality. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and best practices. Serve as the main point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to asset quality and make recommendations for updates to company processes. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
