ADDRESS 105 Coulter Ave. Ardmore, PA 19003 Primary Responsibilities ? Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner and educates guests on various food and beverage programs available. ? Checks guests at the bar for proper identification. ? Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control. ? Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce. ? Locks up and stores all beverage products, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secures bank. Skills and Qualifications ? Bartending Experience: 1 year (Preferred). ? Knowledge of drink mixing. ? Proficient technical skills ex. POS Systems. ? Familiar with industry?s best practices. ? Ability to multi-task. ? High School Degree or GED required.
