Responsibilities

Inside Sales Representative Duties Include: ? Assisting Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales. ? Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system. ? Maintaining timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments. ? Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage. ? Assisting the existing customer base in the building materials industry. The essential functions of this role include: ? working in a smoke free environment ? wearing steel toe shoes ? standing for 4 hours at one time Skills ? Inside Sales ? Retail Sales ?
