Call Center

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Switchboard Operator to join our team. Responsibilities

Operate multi-line phone systems to receive and direct incoming calls efficiently. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with callers. Assist in dispatching calls to the appropriate personnel or departments. Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records. Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries. Support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow within the organization. Utilize multilingual skills to assist non-English speaking callers when necessary. Skills Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and efficiency. Proficient in dispatching calls and managing phone systems effectively. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy. Experience in clerical work, including familiarity with office procedures.
