Director of Product Security

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Director of Product Security to join our team and lead our product security efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security principles and a strong track record of managing product security initiatives. The successful candidate should have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to partner with product, engineering, and security teams.The Director of Product Security will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive security program for all PayPal products and services. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be expected to stay current on the latest security trends and best practices and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products remain secure and our customers can trust our services.Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field; Master?s degree is a plus? 5+ years of experience in product security, software security, or a related field? Experience working with product and engineering teams to develop and implement secure engineering processes and practices? Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices? Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously?
