Modern office setting Overview: We are seeking a dedicated person with an eye for detail to join our team. You must be able to accommodate the customer as this is a evening position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This is a W2 position and is paid weekly. Work hours are Monday - Friday starting after 5pm and is upto 2 hours each evening. Duties: - Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors - Maintain and stock cleaning supplies - Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized - Handle waste disposal and recycling - Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed - Assist with setting up for events or meetings Skills: - Experience in industrial cleaning and floor care - Be relaible and on time - Must have own reliable vehicle - Must be able to lift 50lbs - Must be able to work either independently or as part of a team - Professional attitude - Self motivated and productive - Good communication skills -Must be able to pass a background check - Proficiency in custodial and facilities maintenance work - Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices - Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organizing tasks Join our team as a Custodian and contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for all.
