A road warrior mentality is essential, as frequent travel is a must. In this role, you will take the reins and directly oversee the operations of all hotels in your portfolio. You will partner closely with General Managers and management teams to crush goals in guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include managing, supervising, and elevating the performance of 20-25 hotel properties.
