About the position The position at State Farm involves providing customer service and support for Investment Planning Services accounts. Researches information to service and resolve customer inquiries and account issues , ? Answers customer and agent telephone inquiries on Investment Planning Services accounts and policies , ? Processes financial account transactions, entries, product inquiries, and/or requests , ? Reviews and provides suggestions to improve workflows, processes, and/or procedures , ? Applies general knowledge of investment fundamentals and industry trends to service customer and agent inquiries , ? Takes Investment Planning Services phone calls as required Requirements ? Associates Degree or higher preferred , ? Financial Services, Investments, Banking or Insurance work experience is desirable , ? Contact center experience is a plus , ? Strong verbal communication skills , ? Familiarity with Excel is helpful Nice-to-haves ? Experience in financial services or investment planning , ?
