Oversee and manage the configuration and maintenance of the platform operations for Pfizer's global and Americas operations. Lead a team of platform operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement strategic plans for platform operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform operations with other departments and systems. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to platform operations, and incorporate best practices into the company's operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment of platform operations with business goals and objectives. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding of platform operations activities. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure cost efficiency and productivity. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to platform operations. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruptions to operations. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of platform operations and make recommendations for improvement. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development and ensure a high-performing team.
