About the position As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service and product delivery. Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees. , ? Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , ? Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in a leadership role within a retail or restaurant environment. , ?
