Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for Pfizer's specialty care products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify key insights and opportunities for growth. Utilize data and analytics to drive commercial effectiveness and maximize product performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and payers. Lead market research initiatives to gather insights and inform commercial strategy. Develop and manage budgets for commercial effectiveness initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition. Train and mentor team members on commercial effectiveness strategies and best practices. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in commercial effectiveness processes and approaches. Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support commercial effectiveness efforts. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and align on strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial effectiveness initiatives. Maintain a deep understanding of Pfizer's products and therapeutic areas to inform commercial strategy.
