Responsibilities

What You'll Do: • Answer inbound calls from customers with empathy and professionalism. • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns. • Provide accurate information and clear explanations regarding products and services. • Guide customers through processes and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. • Document all customer interactions with detail and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences. • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. What You Bring: • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service. • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. • Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple applications. • A positive attitude, work ethic, and a team-oriented spirit. • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not always required - we offer comprehensive training!
