About the job Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Entry Level Position Summary : The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.** Duties and Responsibilities: Key paper applications into the Affinity database Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed Assisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma, college preferred 1-3 years of related experience Knowledge and Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Hours Required: 8:15-4:45pm* (may require periodic overtime)* Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
