Office Assistant & Bookkeeper Part Time Work from Home
Small IT Managed Service Provider. We are seeking an office / bookkeeping person and general office help. We want a person that is detail oriented with superior data and time management skills with a passion for accuracy. Brief description of the role entails: Office Duties, Meetings, orders, invoicing, estimates Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts Generating financial reports Collaborating with other employees to complete accurate records and provide accounting support Billing and Account Management Vendor Management Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses Update client accounts based on payment or contact information Process payroll and onboarding Manage Hardware Resale Relevant skills in financial management, accounts payable, and financial software are valuable. Familiarity with financial accounting, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation is a plus. Core skills in accounting, QuickBooks Online, and financial concepts are essential for this role. Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and accounting software is required. Knowledge of debits & credits is a must.
