Senior Marketing Analyst / Data Scientist
We are building a marketing analytics team within our marketing department. The tracking and analytics systems are already in place, the necessary tools have been set up, and our marketing team is actively running numerous ad campaigns across various acquisition platforms.
Now, we’re looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team! We need someone who will bridge the gap between the business side and the predictive modeling development team, working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and data science to create accurate predictive models and optimize traffic acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical specifications for the DS team to create models
- Validate and implement developed predictive models
- Use model results to optimize marketing traffic acquisition
- Automate predicting and analytical reporting to streamline the work of marketing teams
- Actively communicate with both product and marketing teams
- Break down business needs regarding predictive models into technical requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in analytics
- More than 1 year of experience in applying predictive models, machine learning, and data science techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and Python at an intermediate level or higher
- Experience building and automating analytical reports and plan-fact analysis, working with large datasets in Google Sheets and Excel
- A product-oriented, user-friendly approach to working with business teams
- Independent experience developing machine learning and data science models
- Experience with Git and Airflow
- Knowledge of key mobile marketing acquisition channels
- Familiarity with mobile analytics tools
- Previous professional experience in the game development industry
