.NET Lead Developer, Fully Remote

The .NET Lead Developer performs advanced analysis and programming work involving all technical aspects of supporting, improving, and enhancing RRCs mainframe modernization project. This position requires strong .NET Core programming experience, experience with JSON, Swagger, MS-SQL, and C# core skills to be able to develop custom integrations with the existing RBDMS platform. We are seeking a proactive team leader who will be responsible for enhancing the assigned application and solving production issues. Work assignments follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process using a modified Agile-like approach for completing code changes for defined releases. The .NET Lead Developer works across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure online form applications are developed, unit tested, regression tested and delivered error free. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: 8 Years Required At least eight [8] years of experience in software development using .NET with C# 8 Years Required At least eight [8] years of experience in .NET core development, working in a team environment 8 Years Required Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Required Must be available some nights and weekends for supporting code deployments and application support. Required Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high quality work in a dynamic environment. Required Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines 4 Years Required Experience in leading a team and guiding junior developers. Preferred Experience in using GoAnywhere – secure file transfer Software. Preferred Proficiency in databases and MSSQL Preferred Experience specifically with Azure DevOps and broadly distributed version control Preferred Experience in use of Visual Studio IDE Preferred Experience in Telerik or Kendo UI controls Preferred Adept at creating and maintaining Unit Tests and testing classes. Resolving software anomalies and creating regression tests to prevent the reoccurrence of those issues. Preferred Experienced with a service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts, microservices, RESTful APIs primarily as a consumer of those services.
