Virtual Customer Services Agent (Entry Level)

• WORK FROM HOME We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as independent Account Development Representatives (1099 Contract). In this performance-driven role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them toward solutions that align with their goals. • Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients through various outreach methods.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone or video consultation to understand client objectives and concerns.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our available planning solutions and services.
• Present tailored recommendations designed to meet identified client needs.
• Guide interested clients through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support as needed.
• Meet and exceed established activity and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using provided systems.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends (training provided).

• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, client relations, or business development is beneficial.

Compensation & Structure:

• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
• Compensation is 100% performance-based commission.
