This role is crucial for maintaining active and engaging social media channels for clients, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives through effective communication with the Project Manager and marketing strategist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate posting including graphics, content, hashtags, links, etc.

- Schedule and post content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Pinterest, etc).

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the quality and relevance of social media posts.

- Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency.

- Understand the client's culture and create content that aligns with their brand and messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Scheduler, Social Media Manager, or similar role is a plus.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Google Suite products) and analytics platforms.
