What You’ll Do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ customers receive top-notch support. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chats, and emails, delivering fast, friendly, and professional assistance.
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshooting product and service issues to find effective solutions.
  • Staying up to date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). (Required) Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous customer support experience (phone, email, chat, or similar roles). (Required)
  • A strong, stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
