We are currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We are an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
