We're looking for talented professionals who can own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing top candidates to facilitating smooth communication between clients and job seekers. This is a performance-driven opportunity with true flexibility and earning potential. What You’ll Do:
- Source top talent using your own tools, platforms, and strategies (job boards, resume databases, ATS, etc.)
- Coordinate all candidate communications, acting as the single point of contact between the client and the candidate
- Manage your own workflow, pipeline, and schedule — total autonomy
- Provide clear, timely updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the recruitment process
- Build relationships with both candidates and clients to drive long-term success
What You Need:
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, freelance, or a mix)
- Residency in one of our approved 30+ countries
- Ownership of recruitment tools: job boards, resume databases, ATS, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time and output independently
- Truly remote — work from your couch, a beach, a café… anywhere with Wi-Fi
- Earn up to 65% commission per placement — the more you close, the more you make
- Flexible hours — work when you’re most productive
