IT Recruiter (Part Time, Remote, Experienced only)

Join our team of experts in providing Expert Consulting Services to our State & Local Government Clients Location: Remote Type: Part-Time What You'll Do: ? Support the creation and implementation of full-cycle recruiting for NRC roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting. ? Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels. ? Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process. ? Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience. ? Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. ? Business to business sales-client contacts are provided ? Source and recruit top talent for technical positions ? Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews ? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers ? Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish ? Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers ? Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: ? 3+ Years Corp to Corp sales ? 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting ? Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ? Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools ?
